The haunting, yet whimsical quality of this piece, almost folk-like in nature, is truly refreshing. It's sung from the viewpoint of a wanderer who's returned home to share all of his/her experiences. The ending is bittersweet, because the wanderer once again goes on his/her way. Included are positive references to friendship, nature, and growing up. A delightful accessible change of pace.
