Quiet, contemplative reflection on 16th century tune from Arbeau's "Orchesographie" of 1588. Melody popularized by Peter Warlock in "Capriol Suite" and John Rutter in "Christmas Night." Similar to the Basque carol used by Noah Greenberg in "O Bethlehem." Publication includes registrations for two or three manual organs as well as the Moeller chancel organ at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Baltimore, MD where it was written.
